10 - 30 min Infrared Sauna Sessions
Sign Up as early as possible to help the coach pre-heat the sauna for you.  You are allowed a full 30 minutes for each session which constitutes as a detox session.  Warm up 15-20 minutes before workouts OR enjoy sauna immediately following workout to help recovery and speed detox.

CrossFit Kids 8 Week Session
This class is for kids age 6-12.  We will be introducing functional fitness and the CrossFit methodology.  Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups, Deadlifts, Kettlebells Swings, Box Jumps, Running, Rowing, and some gymnastics skills like Handstands, Cartwheels, and Toes to Bar will be taught.  All the weighted movements will be done with light weight to protect the young athlete.  Teaching correct form and movement mechanics will be our focus.  We will incorporate fun games and workouts to keep kids engaged and having fun!

Next Level - CrossFit For Gymnasts
This Class is designed to encourage a well rounded gymnast.  Taught by a former University of Nebraska Gymnast and National Competitor, 4x Regional CrossFit Qualifier, and current Head CrossFit Trainer at CrossFit Papio. This class will consist of Pre-Hab exercises for shoulders, hips, and back to encourage prevention of injuries; Plyometrics, Power and Speed work; Strength work, gymnastics strength, power lifting, and Olympic lifting, functional fitness (squats, deadlifts, presses); metabolic conditioning; at the end of each class, athletes will learn the importance of and practice metal training through positive self-talk, positive self-image, positive visualization, and deep breathing.   All weighted movements will be light/moderate weight, always progressing slowly and intelligently with technique being of #1 importance.   Athletes will develop core to extremity awareness which will translate to more power output, speed and strength in their gymnastics.
